Managing Partner of Thrales End, Ian’s aim is to reconnect people with food and farming. His childhood career dream was to ride in the Grand National and trade commodities. Ian and his wife Gilly are responsible for Thrales End’s overall business strategy and development.

Office Manager at Thrales End, Vanessa deals is tenant liaison and runs the farm office. In her spare time, Vanessa is involved in the local community and is interested in the sheep sector.

Anita oversees catering and cleaning at Thrales End. If not serving in The Tractor Shed, she can be found trimming the grass on her trusty mower. In her spare time Anita is training to be a farmer.

Ted is farm manager, overseeing the day-to-day agricultural operations of Thrales End.

John looks after the landscaping and general tidiness of Thrales End’s communal areas. Away from the farm, John enjoys gardening and plants.
